I am satisfied with the content and effect of the shampoo and conditioner on the hair, but I am dissatisfied with the packaging. The packaging looks nice, but I had a hard time getting the conditioner out of the tube, I had to bang it around. I am bothered by the narrow neck with such a hard bottle. It is simply very difficult for me to dispense it.
